Career Exploration Opportunities (CEO) involves the
collaboration of many sites for learning. To be good collaborators,
participants must be honest, respectful, responsible, and patient. The
ability to effectively discuss concepts and to sometimes compromise is
important. In order to create a trusting and safe atmosphere in our
learning environment it is important to demonstrate kindness, a sense
of humor, and acceptance. The characteristics of an exemplary employee
are the same qualities that are important in all CEO participants:
reliability, integrity, punctuality, compatibility with coworkers,
dedication, and a strong work ethic. As we collaborate and communicate
with one another, we will do so in a manner that recognizes and abides
by this Code of Conduct for CEO.
